yes, we have to do a planning more earlier and get a checklist of tasks we
need to do everytime. we are using the CROPP as an opportunity to plan our
outreach efforts in addition to individual initiatives. @Grace can you
please share your feedback about the CS event in Kenya held last month.

I am creating a google doc to list those we contacted during our events to
keep some trace (we should have attendance sheets for every NCUC meeting
and get it recorded, we do that for NCUC sessions in ICANN meeting). I will
send link later.  it will be live working document.

Our members were fantastic in presenting NCUC as a great group for
