having in mind that those recipients have to report after the meeting, I
will clearly highlight that in the announcement. we have to keep people
accountable, travel support is not for tourism but to be active . for
newcomers, we can work on some draft plan on they should attend or do
would make sense ( following what fellows have to do, @Farzaneh can you
give some examples here)
