[NCUC-EC] Applications for travel support until now

Hi Milton,

since we have the deadline running till friday, I would prefer to get the
final list of applicants and then make a decision after that. I have some
comments about the applicants but  I would prefer to do so for all of them
since it sounds we are still getting requests,
