[NCUC-EC] Intersessional Outreach

1. I agree w/ the merger

2. I know no icelandic

3. I understand the outreach event is on the last day of intersession
so I guess we could also do a meetup "Civil Society and the DNS" for
folks leaving earlier. It can be 1h in a cafe during night time.
Also we should have a community in Meetup and use it for outreach always.
Once you get to a certain number of meetups it helps to get
sponsorship for other meetings.
