[NCUC-EC] questions about NCUC online

Hi Farzi and all

I was taking a look at NCUC website and a few questions:

About the outreach form

- Where do we place it?
Can we create a new menu entry called Outreach and embed the form?

- Publicizing
Can it be posted to NCUC twitter and NCSG facebook group?

Also, is there a process for NCUC website editing/publishing?
I ask this because as requests for outreach start to be more
systematic, it is likely this process will have to be too.
