[NCUC-EC] Response from NCUC on CCWG-ACCT SO/AC Questions

All,

After deliberation with NCUC Executive Committee and distribution of the
questions and answers for comments to NCUC members, we have finalized the
draft of the answers to the Sub- group questions. We will provide more
information and clarification as the SO/AC ACC proceeds with its
discussions.
