[NCUC-EC] Travel support to Copenhagen - EC to approve text by Tuesday next week

Hi

Thanks Anna,

I understand that we have had to decide on too many things. It's the end of
the year and we have many tasks to fulfill otherwise we will miss out on
opportunities.

I think a google document idea is good. But I might not be able to update
it all the time a bit of help would be good too.

For the future, if you have suggestions for wording any of the
announcements I write  please go ahead and just make changes in the
announcement. Also when we are out of this rush for decision-making on
various things, hopefully announcements can be drafted collaboratively by
all of us.
