[NCUC-EC] Meeting

Dear all

We should have our first NCUC EC meeting soon. I suggest this Friday at 9
pm utc. This is the suitable time I have found to be able to have David on
the call (his 8 am). Apologies to Tatiana since this will be around 10 pm
of her time which is pretty late. Since David is more familiar with
suitable hours that fit him and others I keep it open to his suggestions.
Otherwise we can rotate the time.

Please let me know your availability.
