[NCUC-EC] Call for applications: NCSG Executive Committee, Policy Committee and Finance Committee

Hi Farzi

2 questions:

* Who are the outgoing? Do the new candidates have to be from the same
region or gender in order to preserve balance? Is it applicable that
this info is on the call?

* Potential conflict of interests - can NCUC EC members apply for any
of these positions or anyone appointed to other positions already? For
instance, GAC liason and CSG liason? Is it applicable that this info
is on the call?

Thanks

Renata
