[NCUC-EC] Refunds

I am losing much more, the dollars as at today is 1 USD to NGN 335. I
solicited you pay me in dollars and you accepted.  Why all the mix up now?

Please how do I resolve this, I gave you my dollars account number where
the funds was to be transferred.

I went to Helsinki meeting and I sourced dollars from black market at a
very expensive rate.

Is this a blessing or a curse? The EC said they will not support but shall
only refund my previous expenses and had no questions on that, it wasn't my
fault.

If you had paid me at the time I sent my invoice I shall never had worries.

I think someone is unfair to me no matter what.
