[NCUC-EC] Refunds

Dear Prof.,

There is a mix up here.
The bank is claiming they received Naira not dollars.

Please can you confirm the instructions.

I had requested payment in dollars which you acknowledge due to rapid
devaluation of the Naira.

Please clarify.
