[NCUC-EC] Agenda or EC call Monday 25th April

Hey

Yes, it came about a couple of months ago when we received a travel support
request from Stephanie. as we discussed, we should also communicate such
support to the members as well as telling them that such opportunity for
travel support exists but be clear on how it works so that we don't get
irrelevant and too many travel support requests.We have already done so for
all the outreach and ICANN meeting travel support. We can also periodically
inform the members on which members received travel support to attend
conferences outside of ICANN and which conferences they have attended.

The other thing is that as I think it is already in travel support policy,
we need to be clear with them that we only reimburse the members after they
have submitted a blogpost or the required report. So we I think it is
clearly in the travel support policy.
