@PeterI have had the same problem. Maryam brought this to my attention day before yesterday. I actually thought that I had been unsubscribed as a result of using my hotmail, as a result not gotten some emails. I realize I am not the only one. Maybe it is the same with Milton. I suspect it is a problem with the system.

 once again whether you could make your plan for ICANN 56.

We have to make decisions.

I am sorry that I could not take the slot due to inclusion of the Fellowship Program for ICANN 56(for which I have not confirmed with Mama J yet).

It seems that evev though I did not apply to take one of the two slots, there are still problems, since three of you are not sure whether you could attend
 ICANN 56.

Due to issues of excessive mailbox bounces (thanks for Maryam's notification), I was unsubscribed from the EC mailing list for a while. That's why I did not receive emails from the EC for the past couple
 of weeks, for which I feel so sorry.  Luckily, Rafik sent the email to our individual emails. Thanks for that. 

I  have missed several threads in the EC mailing list, therefore without reponses on my part.  Today I reviewd the archives of the EC
 mail list, and surprisingly found that I began losing emails from the EC list on 15th, March, with the thread titled "Marrakech follow-up ", which was two days after I was back to
 Beiing from Marrakech.

Sorry for such a loss of emails.  I have noted that my mailbox has intermittent connectivity with the EC mailingst and have been trying to find out the
 problems and then fix it. }}

In order to service your travel needs for ICANN 56 in Helsinki in a timely fashion, please submit your ICANN
56 Meeting database to me by 29 MARCH 2016. 

A timely response would be appreciated in view of visa issues and the OFAC review.

 Please note that if you are
a GNSO supported traveler with a designated hotel accommodation funding, a hotel room is automatically secured for you, please DO NOT book your own hotel as it is un-reimbursable. 

Please note that when requesting travel support, in the interest of fairness and in light of budget restrictions we would like you to take the following into consideration:

1. 
        Respond timely to ICANN Travel regarding your upcoming travel to Dublin.

2. 
        If possible please book direct travel requests. Detours and multi-stop trips are unfortunately not guaranteed.

3.        
Strictly limit your travel from your home to the ICANN meeting venue. 

4.        
Arrive based on your approved dates of arrival to ensure your participation on meetings. 

5.        
If you require a visa to enter the country, please make sure to acquire your visa immediately.
