Hi everyone,

this is a reminder about sending your selection and making decision. please
have in mind that selecting is just one step, the process includes some
other admin and time consuming tasks like filling the form in wiki and also
get approval from each regional VP and coordinating with them.

The deadline is supposedly 6 weeks before the event/conf and for some cases
it is becoming late. only support from regional VP would speed up the
process.
I am getting also several inquiries from applicants asking about the status
of their proposals.

so please send your decision by Tuesday, no more delay allowed, so we can
decide for final slate in Wednesday.

Best,

Rafik
