[NCUC-EC] 29 MARCH ICANN 56 Meeting - Helsinki - Supported Travelers/Contractor Travelers Database Due

Hi all ,

I think it is time that we also give justification as to why we would like
to attend the ICANN meetings. I don't think being an EC member is enough
justification, especially if you are not that active on EC or not involved
with any working group. Some of you have not attended one EC meeting since
our election took place. When Rafik asked about some sort of report about
Intersessional there was kind of no response. But there is always keenness
to go to meetings. Except Rafik, Milton, Peter and I, no one else commented
on the bylaws. I think it is time to hold ourselves accountable to the
community.
