[NCUC-EC] Urgent: Replacement of NCUC representative to NCSG EC

Thanks for this and the vote of confidence.
just to be clear, I didn't agree yet to this and I need to think about
because I am trying to list my priorities for coming months (no worries, I
am not escaping NC* yet :))
