[NCUC-EC] Urgent: Replacement of NCUC representative to NCSG EC

I am now told by Rafik that I’ve not been correctly informed and he didn’t agree yet to this.

So let’s hold off until this can be sorted out. People will talk here in Dublin and we’ll come back to the list.
