[NCUC-EC] Brochure original file

Dears,

I need the original file of brochure to translate into Portuguese, also I suggest to put this original on the web and share link to translating groups, as I saw there will be for French, Spanish, Swahilli, and Portuguese.

Nuno and Rogerio are interested on the Portuguese translation and I will work with them.
