[NCUC-EC] CROPP request from David Cake

I didn’t remember the rules but David checked and it’s not one per region, just five total. So Stephi you and I can both apply for EuroDig I suppose, although they might have a thing about two at the same, we can see. Or if you’re into the Hague or Tallin meetings, I can’t.

In any event, I proposed a theme about Euro CS in ICANN etc, don’t know if the PC will take it up or not.

I cannot make it anyway in March, so it will be good to have Dave there and if he can make clear plan about the outreach toward many activists and NGOs who are not familiar with ICANN and our work . btw there is a session regarding ICANN and IANA, maybe worthy to find a speaker slot or at least make us visible.

We’ve never applied (At Large has been all over this) but should, and I will be doing so for EuroDIG in a bit. In the meanwhile, David has gone ahead and done one, see below. I propose we approve the request. We could even take note of having done so whenever we next hold a formal meeting, I guess this would make someone happy.
