[NCUC-EC] The future o MAT

Hi,

Thanks Joao for sharing this.
with regard to MAT responsibility, I don't think that EC appointed
previously people to take the lead but left to each formed group to manage
that and those who wanted to volunteered. so I guess that is ok, unless we
hear any objection or how such case was handled before.

Following the discussion for a while and from what I heard before, I think
we need to get kind of action plan or strategy of what MAT wants to
achieve. the in-reach and membership management is also part of EC role, so
we should get the input and intentions of the MAT team here to be in same
page.

anyway looking forward to hear more about the MAT plan and hopefully
starting with concrete actions soon.
