yes it is definite dates, not the most convenient but no way to change
then. still need response from Milton about his availability to close the
travel allocation discussion for it.
I will share the initial plan later on since we need to discuss about some
topics we would like to suggest for the meeting. it will be the first
opportunity for the new EC to have F2F meeting.

good, I see a lot of support for Friday , after getting confirmation from
the rest of EC we can go with that date/time.

survey is just one input like another so we shouldn't limit ourselves,
there are additional ways to get more feedback. the challenge for the MAT
is to propose action-oriented plan with concrete proposals that can be
executed

6. For the coming 2016, hope we could get those big items done. Propose we

the bylaws update is led by Arun and already underway . I will ask him for
briefing and suggestion to move forward. to get all EC members in the same
page. probably by setting a regular confcall as done previously in
September. I will also liaise with ICANN staff and OEC on that matter to
get the process right

one thing I would like to stress is that all EC members should get more
familiar with ongoing policies discussed within GNSO, also related
processes . at least to support properly our new members to get involved .

Best,

Rafik
