Six for NCUC EC to decide - not predetermined if they're
for EC members or others of your choosing.

In addition there're six for councillors, three for NCSG EC
and six for NPOC, for a total of 21 from NCSG.
CSG gets also 21, and then there's one for the NCPH NomCom
appointee (Helsingius).

That's less than in Washington, apparently mainly due to
venue constraints.
