And now four. Don’t know why we got so few for Singapore but this could be the new normal, we’ll see….either way, as Milton said, I think it’s a good sign.

I normally participates constituency elections since I became a member and I even voted in the previous election. Apart from voting I also participate in online discussions and communications including online meetings.

I need to be in the meeting for I need to learn more in regards to NCUC / NCSG and GNSO so as to advocate the mission and objectives in home Country Kenya.

As noted a few minutes ago in a separate message, the EC has just approved an updating of that policy, which is posted at http://www.ncuc.org/governance/travel-policy/ <http://www.ncuc.org/governance/travel-policy/>.

Covered travel expenses may include conference-related airfare, visas or related fees, lodging, and airport taxis. If the actual cost of these items is greater than $2,000 the member will be responsible for the difference. NCUC cannot provide a per diem or cover other expenses. Selected travelers must make their own travel, accommodation, visa, and related arrangements and be reimbursed after the trip. NCUC cannot provide funds in advance of the meeting, or any administrative support.

In addition, there will be continuing work on other items we’ve been involved in, e.g. GNSO policy and the GNSO review, the human rights initiative, privacy work, Internet governance and more. And of more local concern and as mentioned previously, we plan to organize a little LAC region civil society outreach event on Saturday 20th. So there’s much going on, and we hope we will have a good turn out of members who are prepared to help us with all this work.
