Hi Bill,

in Asia, there is the RightsCon conf organized by Accessnow and it will in
south asia this time, there is the Arab IGF in lebanon end of November, and
then APRICOT in japan next February. I may volunteer for the 2 first events.

For Africa, there will Africa Internet Summit in end of may in Tunis, good
opportunity for NCUC to do outreach.
