[NCUC-EC] EC member bios and SIOs

Hi

I’m looking at http://www.ncuc.org/governance/executive-committee/ in light of a website update conversation with Stefania and others on the E-team.  

I’m the only EC member with a link to an external page with a bio.  Would be good for visitors to be able to click and see who we are, no?  

Also, as we’re under the GNSO, it would make sense for those who have not gotten Confluence accounts to ask Glen and then fill out SOIs.
