MM: I am actually advocating less effort, not more. It doesn't take much effort to send an invitation. It does take effort to cull the invitation list.

MM: People who are not interested in ICANN issues will sort themselves out. Since that includes about 99% of the relevant population, we needn't worry about a mob scene.
