[NCUC-EC] Staff Proposed Regional Outreach Support

Hi Bill,

I think that respond a little to request from some parts of the community
about supporting travels to non-icann events. we have now more regional IGF
and ICANN is usually present, for example at APIGF, it even organized a
workshop where the panelists were only Fadi and  ICANN staff but none from
the community. there will Arab IGF and ICANN is supporting a lot but we
could have someone there to outreach people who never attended ICANN
meetings since there is also the new regional strategy like for Africa and
MENA
There are other possibilities of Internet related events.
involving the community in the outreach actions and events is still lacking
badly.
