[NCUC-EC] Conduct of the NCUC Election

Dear Robin,

Could I get a copy of the final NCSG active/inactive member
list in a form that contains email addresses, so that
I could cross-check it with NCUC member database?

That's exactly what I wanted to do.

I just realised the NCSG active/inactive member list Robin published
doesn't include email addresses (for obvious reasons), but once I get
that it shouldn't take long.
