I guess I don't really *need* to be there, but I'm willing to go,

I fear it would be very hard to formalize, at least not strictly
enough to really help in making the decision. Some loose guidelines
might be doable, though.

I've got a short to-do list for the e-team I somehow haven't
gotten around to sending out because I keep thinking something
important is missing... guess I better not wait any more.
Not much progress since Beijing though.
