First, we're the only NC entity to request funding on regular track. Thanks

Second, the BC has asked for $81,940 for FY 14, IPC comes in at $54,000,
ISP at $48,000 and we've requested $34,050. So in are ever so friendly NCPH
the commercial interests have requested $183,940 while we've asked for
$34.050. Milton's principle of equity looks better every day.

There is no apples for apples between the requests. The IPC just loved the
intersessional meeting and asked for travel funding for one in 2014.
Although we didn't ask for such funding, I presume if IPC gets it we'll be
funded as last year. There is no indication of an ICANN request for
Constituency travel funding post Durban. I'm not sure if we should be
concerned.

There is no truth to the rumor that the BC has asked for funding to
construct the Cade Memorial Building. They've asked for support for almost
everything else. Surprised they need it given their rather high dues level.
