Hi

Thanks Wilson. Ed also expressed willingness. Either/both, doesn't matter as long as we're there to represent and someone can report back. Please write to Maya per below to get connected for the call details etc.

While our proposals presumably will not be a focus of discussion, it'd be desirable to be familiar with them in case there's discussion that has implications for them. They're listed as follows:

[Regular] https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=38045777

FY14-B05-01	NCUC
39-NCUC FY14 Regular Budget Request (Policy Conference).pdf
Travel & Meeting	$11,100
FY14-B05-02	NCUC
40-NCUC FY14 Regular Budget Request (Print Materials).pdf
Print Materials & Publications	$8,000
FY14-B05-03	NCUC
41-NCUC FY14 Regular Budget Request (New EC Retreat).pdf
Travel & Meeting	$6,950
FY14-B05-04	NCUC
42-NCUC FY14 Regular Budget Request (IGF Bali supplemental).pdf
Travel & Meeting	$8,000

5-NCUC Fast Track Request FY14 Print Materials.pdf
They first said they'd defer this one to the regular track, then when I raised concerns said there could be fast track money left over to do brochures by Durban. I then submitted a regular request for Issue Briefs related to the FY meetings.

Again, this was approved for one traveler per NCUC/NCSG/NPOC pending MAG final approval of the workshop. It'd make sense for these to be the speakers, Robin moderating as SG chair, Alain and I as constituency chairs. Hence I submitted the supplemental seeking more support for other travelers irrespective of whether they're speakers on the second panel re: closed generics.

BTW, to give NCUC a little extra visibility, I'm thinking of also listing us as a co-sponsor on my third workshop submission, which is shaping up very well indeed. I assume nobody objects to visibility.

PS, interesting to observe the variations in composition and size of the regular requests, relative to ours...
