It's already taken on momentum of it's own, other people are expecting us
to go forward, of course we move forward with it.
I'd prefer outreach with local CS than, as I understand it, with students.
I had understood, as a result of the meeting Carlos, Bill, Tapani and
myself had in Beijing, we weren't doing major events in Durban. Apparently
I misunderstood.
Anyway, I hope in Buenos Aires we can, as I quickly proposed in Beijing,
have a pragmatic, structured planned approach to outreach featuring the
University programming effort , a reception for local civil society in city
centre and whatever programming you'd like to do on site.
As for Durban, can we please get a banner? A simple one with our logo,
name. Can we arrange a viewing of our film? If we're buying people food I
want them to know who is paying for it. I just remember giving people
alcohol in Beijing, lots of noise and poor Robin trying to scream our name.
We can do better.

That's great news Milton. As long as people don't need 5* hotels I can get
3 people most places and house them for that amount of money. Certainly 2.
Durban not included.
Bill, as you are aware I had some ideas about trying to remove ICANN from
controlling certain aspects of our travel. You've been asking for a travel
policy for months. Milton is telling us we have funds.:
Is it possible to reserve some time at the NCUC Meeting in Durban to
discuss our travel policy, even start to create one?
