Which I thought we took in Durban. Was I dreaming? We had a discussion about how to deal with there being two, and I thought there was consensus around the table that if one dropped out we'd appoint the other.
But if you'll feel better with each EC member making a formal utterance, okyodoky, please go ahead and convene the email meeting in whatever form works for you.

I thought we discussed this too, and under Governance we were going to add a category for EC outputs—minutes, operating procedures like travel policy, etc. But I guess since we didn't each make a formal statement of approval it didn't happen. So: I formally propose that we do this. Perhaps people can reply to both points?
