[NCUC-EC] [Membership-affairs] Fwd: Klaus membership NCUC

If Bill and Milton deem it appropriate I'd be happy to welcome Klaus into
the NCUC. Klaus commitment to outreach and expanding knowledge of IG
 throughout the world, particularly in developing countries, is well known
and he'd be a welcome addition to our group.
