[Ec-ncuc] Beijing participation

Dear EC-NCUC,

just to let you know that I hope to be in Beijing at the time of the 
ICANN meetings - though with a special Asian documentation project. This 
means that I am not completely free to arrange my time to be with NCUC 
and related concerns. To have an early schedule of NCUC planning will 
probably allow me to arrange my other obligations so that I can also be 
available with NCUC.
