I fully concur with your take on this matter. Appreciate KK's
clarification though..

Separately, did you receive Dorothy Gordon's (Ghana) and my request to
our Brazilian 'Partners in Crime" to support the Free and Open Source
Foundation for Africa's IDLELO with complimentary online voting
service for our next FOSSFA Council elections?
