Please see below the tentative agenda I?ve just sent to Glen for the Costa Rica meeting. this is just provisional ? any further suggestions?

Also, I am still waiting to hear about the process for updating the charter ? so far only Brenden has expressed his views. If I don?t hear anything from you by Sunday, I will proceed with what Brenden and myself have been suggesting.

Would you please provide the following information for the Stakeholder Day meetings on Tuesday, 13 March in San Jos?,  Costa Rica and please let me have this no later than Monday, 16 January 2012
?         Session Title, Overview, and Agenda
[Konstantinos Komaitis] NCUC Constituency day meeting ? this is the scheduled NCUC meeting at the ICANN meeting in Costa Rica

[Konstantinos Komaitis] The agenda will look like this (it is still provisional)

1.       Membership

2.       NCUC charter

3.       Issues before the Council and update from NCUC councillors

4.       Interest Groups

5.       Policy and Operation Issues

6.       NCUC preparing for the ICANN meeting in Prague

?         Preferred  Time
[Konstantinos Komaitis] 9am-12:30pm (The morning is for the NCUC meeting and the afternoon will be reserved for the NCSG meeting, but Robin will be able to confirm this).
?         Estimated Number of Attendees ? (very important to optimize the space)
[Konstantinos Komaitis] I am not sure ? approx.. 50

?         Remote Participation
[Konstantinos Komaitis] We will require remote participation facilities ? there will be people listening in and participating remotely.
?         Audio Visual Requirements
                        Please note any special requests with regard to:

Fixed Breaks (Note: Requests for in-room coffee during the regularly scheduled coffee breaks will not be considered.)

Please provide the date and time of any other meetings that you anticipate your group will need, especially if you have Audio Visual requirements for such meetings.
