please change the word Communique to something like "GAC letter of advice to the GNSO".

?  Important fact, Mary. Also, I think we are getting too involved in niggling modifications, creating more delay than incremental improvement. The short version that KK sent out as his second draft was fine, IMHO. I suggest that we let KK as Chair of NCUC make a decision as to how to proceed and leave it at that.
