Thank you Konstantinos,

I am reading this at IGF in Nairobi, where I'll be on the workshop
"Challenges and Best Practices for Internet Regulation in Africa and
Latin America"
http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/component/chronocontact/?chronoformname=Workshops2011View&wspid=231
exploring better South-South collaboration rather hitherto "filling
void" with North's exported policies, laws and regulations to the
South. I confirm your stated fact that indeed Kenya is among countries
developing ADRP (Alternative Dispute Resolution Policy) modelled along
UDRP and your letter is relevant and timely to our national dispute
resolution policy process and my workshop.

Sincerely,

Alex

Given the time pressure to send this out to the GAC before the Dakar meeting, I don't think there is time for the whole list to review it. I am asking therefore the NCUC EC to tell me whether they agree on sending this to the GAC. As you may know, the GAC sent a statement to the GNSO requesting that the UDRP should not be reviewed; this statement was drafted by the IPC so we need to respond.
