Same here Mary ? I think that it would be great if you wanted to run again, although I do appreciate what you are saying. I am copying here NCUC EC, which I am sure would endorse you if decided to run.

Thanks, Mary. I think it has been extremely valuable for NCSG to have you as V-C this last year, so if you wanted to do it again, I'd definitely be in favor of it. However, I understand if you don't want to step on Wolf's toes by running. But I think it would be better for NCSG to have you as V-C, so if you are game, go for it! :-)

Best,
Robin

Hello everyone,

This is rather awkward - I don't know if the NCSG EC talked to the CSG leadership about this, although I had asked via email two or three times in the past couple of months. I am therefore assuming that either there is little support within our SG for me, or another of us, to run for V-C (despite the advantages that brings, as I've said so before), or that our SG doesn't really think it's a big deal as to whether an NC or C rep is the V-C.

Since Wolf-Ulrich has now been nominated, and since he graciously ceded to me last year, I find it hard to agree to run against him this time, even assuming there is a critical mass of our members that might want that - and since no one from our SG has asked me if I'd be interested, I'm assuming that isn't the case.

I'd suggest that our EC consider either supporting Wolf-Ulrich or nominating someone else other than me.

Cheers
Mary

hi,

I think that Mary should continue, she spent time and volunteered as VC. I never understand CSG moves.

Best,

Rafik

Oh good, one more thing.

I like Wolf-Ulrich, but if Mary wants to continue as VC I hope this time the SG can support its own.
