[Ec-ncuc] NCSG discussion list

[Brenden Kuerbis]

Would you mind forwarding you email to Avri?  She seems to think the NCUC
might be resistant to this change. I think it would help for her to see that
NCUC fully supports (and encourage) a SG-wide discussion of policy issues.
