[Ec-ncuc] Singapore travel arrangements

I know that the GAC event is a hold-up - I was actually thinking the same. However, if it happens, I don't think it will happen before the ICANN meeting. Alvaro who is supposed to be organising and initiated the whole think is off on holiday until the beginning of May. However, I am also aware that the time is really against us - so I would also like to ask the EC if it would be better to contact Heather (the GAC chair) directly and try to organise something with her. At the same time, I don't want to sidestep Alvaro, who has been so great in organising this. So far, I am planning to be there either Saturday or Sunday and depart late on Thursday or Friday night.

Thanks

KK

Thanks, KK.
One other hold-up in making travel arrangements is whether there will be a need to arrive earlier due to the GAC event?
On what day I should arrive, to be of most use to NCUC? If I leave on June 17 (Friday) I would basically be there starting Sunday. If I leave on Thursday I would be there for Saturday.
Your call!

Dear all,

Since I have heard no objections from the EC regarding funding arrangements for Singapore and because time is running out, I suggest we proceed to make the appropriate arrangements. Milton, Robin and Brenden please go ahead and make all the necessary arrangements.

Thanks

Konstantinos
