[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Godsway Kubi for NCUC EC Africa Position

[Godsway Kubi]

Dear John, and all,

Thank you sincerely for the encouragement, support, and confidence shown in
my nomination for the NCUC EC Africa position.

After careful consideration, I have decided to respectfully step aside from
this process and allow the other candidates to continue the contest. I
remain committed to supporting the community and contributing actively to
the work of NCUC and NCSG in every way I can.

I also look forward to continuing my engagement within the community and
making myself available for future opportunities to serve.
