Dear All,

Thank you, John, for formally nominating Godsway Kubi for the NCUC EC
Africa position, and thank you, Gloria, for seconding the nomination.

I fully support Godsway's candidacy. His active engagement, dedication to
strengthening stakeholder participation, and constructive contributions to
the Non-Commercial Users Constituency and NCSG working groups demonstrate
that he is highly qualified and well-suited for this leadership role.
