Dear NCUC and NCSG members,
Good day, your week is going great so far.

Here is an update about the state of the 5 ICANN Principles of Continuous
Improvement and the current version (changes applied to the 4th principle
as requested). I believe we can go with these; what do you think?

ICANN Principles of Continuous Improvement

 1. The SO, AC, or NomCom is fulfilling its purpose.

2. The structures of SO, AC, or NomCom are effective.

3. The operations of SO, AC, or NomCom are efficient.

4. *The SO, AC, or NomCom adheres to ICANN’s mission and Bylaws with
respect to its stakeholders and substructures (where applicable),and to the
wider ICANN community in benefit of the global Internet population*

5. The SO, AC, or NomCom collaborates to further the mission of ICANN and
the effectiveness of the ICANN bottom-up multistakeholder model.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Benjamin
