Well stated Farzaneh
This rebalancing was a major issue in the NomCom Implementation Review
Working Group, unfortunately it seems a lot of people and members under
GNSO were only within GNSO they may be favoured with what existed instead
of angling for rebalancing.
Well, we still have another opportunity, may be in the next 4 years
except strong protest exists.
