We see that former IPC members are again appointed to the GNSO council by NomCom.This could potentially weaken us to influence the GNSO council as they are now being overrepresented. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;border-color:rgb(255,255,255)" dir="auto">3. NomCom needs to do more outreach or at least let us know so that we encourage people to apply.
