Hey all,
Considering we tend to concentrate policy related debates at the SG level I
think it would be good for us to avoid duplicating efforts and hold this
discussion at the SG level, no ? At least for consolidation purposes.
In the meantime, thanks @Raphaël Beauregard-Lacroix
<rbeauregardlacroix at gmail.com> for sharing the paper with us. NCSG did not
receive it but I already told Ashley we would discuss it with the SG.
