[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nominating Raphaël Beauregard-Lacroix for the NCUC chair position

I have to share the same sentiments with @farzaneh badii
<farzaneh.badii at gmail.com> and @Bruna Martins dos Santos
<bruna.mrtns at gmail.com> .

I have worked with Raphaël Beauregard in the NCSG @techteam at lists.ncsg.is
<techteam at lists.ncsg.is>  and he has demonstrated a great leadership trait
that NCUC cannot afford to miss this great opportunity of having him in the
saddle.

It is my hope that he accepts the nomination.
