[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Franco Giandana for NCUC LAC EC seat

Dear all,

I would like to nominate Franco Giandana to represent Latin America and the
Caribbean at the NCUC Executive Committee.

Since his first experience at ICANN as a fellow, he has rapidly engaged
with NCUC and its mission. He has a good knowledge of the current agenda,
and I see in him a good potential and genuine motivation for the role.

Franco, I hope you accept this nomination.
